A really simple but delicious chili sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 naga chili, finely sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
- 20g of fresh ginger, peeled and finely sliced
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Method:
- Fix all the ingredients in a pan and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.
- Serve.
