This is a great topping for most desserts and only needs a whipping siphon (or syphon if you spell it that way).
Serves 8 or more.
Ingredients:
- 300ml double cream
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence or paste
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into the whipping siphon (the siphon should be of size 500ml or 1 pt).
- Put the lid on the siphon and shake well.
- Charge they siphon with one charge of gas.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before use.
Serves 8 or more.
