Pigs in Blanket

A Christmas classic, these are porky goodness. If used with normal sized sausages then this works as a great main course too.

Ingredients:

• 6 sausages
• 12 slices of streaky bacon

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (assuming it is a fan oven).
2. Wrap two slices of streaky bacon around each sausage and place on a lined baking tray with some sort of raised edges.
3. Cook in the oven for 35 minutes, turning once about halfway through.

Serves 2.
