A Christmas classic, these are porky goodness. If used with normal sized sausages then this works as a great main course too.
Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 6 sausages
- 12 slices of streaky bacon
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (assuming it is a fan oven).
- Wrap two slices of streaky bacon around each sausage and place on a lined baking tray with some sort of raised edges.
- Cook in the oven for 35 minutes, turning once about halfway through.
Serves 2.
