This is a simple way of cooking chickpeas that doesn't need any overnight soaking.
Makes enough for about 6 people's worth of hummus.

Ingredients:
- 250g dried chickpeas
- enough fresh cold water to cover the chickpeas by a couple of cm

Method:
- Put the chickpeas in your electric pressure cooker, covering with the water.
- Cook on high for 22 minutes.
- Allow to reduce pressure naturally.
- All in all this means it takes about an hour from starting to the chickpeas being done.

Makes enough for about 6 people's worth of hummus.
