Henderson's Relish Beef Marinade

This is a simple marinade that gives rich flavours due to the wonders of Henderson's Relish.

Ingredients

• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 3 tsp Henderson's Relish
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 3 tsp red wine vinegate
• 3 tsp sunflower oil
• 1 tsp whole cumin seeds

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
2. Pour over beef sizzling steaks and leave to marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Makes enough to marinade 500g of beef.
