Simple Spicy Remoulade

This is a mildly spicy sauce that goes well with fried fish and chips.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay spice mix (or Cajun spices)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustards
  • 2 tsp capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice from capers
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.

Serves 2 to 4 people, but easily multiplies up.
