This is a mildly spicy sauce that goes well with fried fish and chips.
Serves 2 to 4 people, but easily multiplies up.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay spice mix (or Cajun spices)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustards
- 2 tsp capers, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp pickle juice from capers
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
