This is very much a recipe for a roast that I've got control over and want to make notes of, so please ignore this recipe - it's just for me to find in future.
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- salt and pepper to taste
- sunflower oil to coat, about 1 tbsp
Method
- Put tenderloin in a sous vide bag and season with salt and pepper.
- Vacuume seal and cook at 64 degrees for 1 to 4 hours.
- Remove from the sous-vide at least 30 minutes frome eating. Pat dry with kitchen towel and leave to rest for at least 15 minutues.
- Spray sunflower oil over the joint and place in a pre-heated air fryer at 205 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Leave to rest for a couple of minutes and them slice and serve with roast potatoes and a rich gravy (you've made those already right?).
