Sous Vide Pork Tenderloin

This is very much a recipe for a roast that I've got control over and want to make notes of, so please ignore this recipe - it's just for me to find in future.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sunflower oil to coat, about 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Put tenderloin in a sous vide bag and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Vacuume seal and cook at 64 degrees for 1 to 4 hours.
  3. Remove from the sous-vide at least 30 minutes frome eating. Pat dry with kitchen towel and leave to rest for at least 15 minutues.
  4. Spray sunflower oil over the joint and place in a pre-heated air fryer at 205 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
  5. Leave to rest for a couple of minutes and them slice and serve with roast potatoes and a rich gravy (you've made those already right?).
Serves 4-6 for a typical pork tenderloin.
