This looks and tastes far better than it should given the small amount of effort and short cooking time it needs. I like to put the roasting tin in the middle of the table with a spoon and various side dishes such as bread, salads and dips like hummus and let diners serve themselves.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200g block of feta
- 400g cherry tomatoes, washed and cut in half
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp mixed dried herbs, such as thyme, rosemary and oregano
Method
- Start your air fryer pre-heating at 205 degrees Celsius.
- Use a tsp of the olive oil to grease/line a small roasting tin.
- Place the block of feta in the middle of the roasting tin.
- Add the tomatoes around the edge of the feta,
- Drizzle the honey over the block of feta.
- Sprinkle the herbs over the top.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with crusy bread or cous cous (to mop up the tasty juices at the bottom of the roasting tin).
