A simple garlic sauce that works great in a flatbread with grilled meats.
Ingredients
- 160g greek yoghut
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 2 tsp garlic puree (or 2 cloves crushed)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- optionally 2 tbsp lamb fat from doner kebab cook
Method
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Serve on roasted or grilled meats.
