Kebab Garlic Sauce

A simple garlic sauce that works great in a flatbread with grilled meats.

Ingredients

  • 160g greek yoghut
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 2 tsp garlic puree (or 2 cloves crushed)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • optionally 2 tbsp lamb fat from doner kebab cook

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Serve on roasted or grilled meats.
Makes enough sauce for 16 kebabs.
