This is an easy kid-friendly tiramisu without any coffee or alcohol.
Ingredients
- 250g mascarpone
- 300ml double cream
- 1 and 1/2 icing sugar
- 250ml chocolate milk
- 175g spongue fingers
- 25g dark chocolate, finely grated
Method
- Whisk the mascarpone, cream and sugar together until it starts to form stiff peaks.
- Soak half the spongue fingers in the chocolate milk and layer in a 7 inch square dish.
- Spread half the cream mixture over the top followed by half the grated chocolate.
- Repeat the layering wih the rest of the ingredients.
- Chill over-night before spooning into a bowl and enjoying.
