A quick and simple recipe that's perfect for a quick mid-week dinner or equally when trying to impress some friends that have come over.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed in a garlic crusher
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs, such as herbs de provence
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon thinly sliced and each slice halved
Method
- Marinade the fillets with the olive oil, garlic, mixed herbs and salt and pepper.
- Leave for at least 5 minutes.
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 205 degrees Celsius.
- Arrange the salmon in the air fryer, skin side down, and cover the top with the lemon slices.
- Roast for 10 minutes (or 12 if you like your salmon a bit more dry).
- Serve with boiled potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and a remoulade.
