Air-fryer Lemon and Garlic Salmon Fillets

A quick and simple recipe that's perfect for a quick mid-week dinner or equally when trying to impress some friends that have come over.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed in a garlic crusher
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs, such as herbs de provence
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced and each slice halved

Method

  1. Marinade the fillets with the olive oil, garlic, mixed herbs and salt and pepper.
  2. Leave for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Pre-heat the air fryer to 205 degrees Celsius.
  4. Arrange the salmon in the air fryer, skin side down, and cover the top with the lemon slices.
  5. Roast for 10 minutes (or 12 if you like your salmon a bit more dry).
  6. Serve with boiled potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and a remoulade.
